James is a personal finance and trading technology enthusiast who is driven by a desire to see others succeed as financial stewards. Through his work with Kopsa Solutions, James empowers independent advisors and RIAs to get the most from technology their clients are unlikely to ever see, but depend on greatly to reach financial goals.

Prior to starting Kopsa Solutions, James began his career at Orion Advisor Technology where he supported leading advisory businesses in their use of the Eclipse trading platform. He then joined Commonwealth Financial Network to lead adoption of Orion Trading tech for the PPS Select program and affiliated advisor offices.

When the workday is done, you will find James making memories with his wife, Susanna, and their four children.

Dillon brings deep expertise across Orion's Custom Indexing, ASTRO (Direct Indexing), and Eclipse platforms, with a reputation for navigating complex trading and investment technology environments with clarity and precision. During his time at Orion, Dillon became a go-to resource for advisory firms leveraging ASTRO, supporting more than 170 firms and earning the reputation as the "Swiss Army Knife" of the Custom Indexing Team.

A CFA Level II candidate, Dillon pairs strong technical mastery with a relentless commitment to serving advisors at the highest level. Through his work at Kopsa Solutions he helps advisory teams translate sophisticated tool features into repeatable processes to support better outcomes for clients.

Outside of Kopsa Solutions, Dillon and his wife Courtney can be found volunteering with their local animal shelter.
